It was a privilege to be invited to such parties and a delight to be exposed to an ambrosial event. Last
December, RPA announced a private invitation for the dry-run of the newest HongKong Roast branch which was at Jupiter Street, Bel Air, Makati.
HongKong Roast was quite a word-of-mouth in Bel Air being known for "Binondo-like" cuisine. For people craving on authentic Chinese dishes but couldn't find ways to go down Chinatown, they go there. With BBQ Roast Pork Asado, Roast Chicken HongKong style and dimsums being the much raved about food in Bagtikan, it is not a far-cry having another branch at Makati's major dining point, Jupiter Street.
It was at Mary Chan's birthday that I got introduced to this fine Chinese menu which has become a fad for foodies for some time.
