Uno Magazine's Alpha Men Photo Gallery Launching at Genting Club

As the rain heavily poured that Friday night in the big part of Manila, VIP's kept on flooding the third floor of  Resorts World Manila.   As Uno Magazine launched an Alpha Men photo exhibit.   The Genting Club, a prestigious escapism of society's creme de la creme,  hosted the event and gave us a taste of lux living and an honor to be in the midst of successful men in their own league.

The event began with a warm welcome from Genting Club’s Stephen Reilly, who was also an honoree.  Remy Martin,  Mont Blanc and among others sponsored the event.  But before that, a gastronomic pad bedazzled me and I couldn't stop myself recording the adornment in my cam.

UNO magazine, being a sought-after lifestyle magazine for discerning men opened their pages this time to take a peek on who, how and the what, impacted Philippine society and culture.   The Alpha Men, Consul Jean Henri Lhuillier of San Marino, president and chief executive officer of Cebuana Lhuiller;  Robbie Antonio, managing director of Century Properties; Ton Concepcion, president and chief executive officer of Condura Durables; Jerico Fernando, vice president for Sales and Marketing of JB Music Store; Atty. Felipe Gozon, chairman and chief executive officer of GMA Network; Atom Henares, president of Progressive Broadcasting that owns UNTV and WIN 107.5; Jean Bernie Liu, president and chief executive officer of Golden ABC; Dan Palami, team manager of the Philippine National Football Team or Philippine Azkals; Stephen Reilly, executive vice president of Resorts World Manila; Wellington Soong, chairman and president of Frigate Holdings and Management Corp.; and Willie Uy, president and chief executive officer of Phinma Properties.

The Editor-in-Chief of Uno Magazine, RJ Ledesma, seasoned and spiced up the event, and headed the presentation of the said Alpha Men, businessmen and famous personalities who were featured in the said magazine.    The captured profiles of these men were the artwork of the then child-wonder in a milk formula commercial, who grew up to be a bonny lady, Shaira Luna.

With me in this picture is Anthony Chidiac, one of the guest of the event, an Australian who used to work with Michael Jackson for digital video and DVD recording.

The exhibit is open for viewing for the whole month of September 2011, at Genting Club, Resorts World Manila, Pasay City.

  2. Nice Event. Though it would have been nicer if Fans of UNO were invited as well instead of inviting only the elite.
