Recipe: Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

Sometimes, when we're tired of eating chicken dishes, we buy fresh-cut beef in the market and end up cooking it either "tapa-style" or "Bistek."  But when you have tons of Anchor products in your fridge, especially having their cheeses in packs, you get to be inventive.

It was already, 11 am and I can only think of one dish to make our beef stand out, and with a little experiment too, whether it would do great with red rice from Isabela - Beef Stroganoff.

One thing you'll love about Beef Stroganoff is that it could be made creamier, and the thickness can depend upon your liking.  Good thing there's Anchor Salted Butter and full cream milk to give just the right thickness and creaminess.  But to give it more character, I incorporated Anchor parmesan in the sauce and topped it with Anchor Mozzarella cheese.

I was so relieved that it turned out so delish and it became an instant table pleaser, oh, it worked really well with the red rice too.

To  show you how easy it is to cook this, check out the recipe below,
