Outdoor Dining Done Right at Providore Backyard

The cool weather of February was suitable for the launch of Providore's new outdoor entertainment area - Backyard. It's an area extended right outside the back door of Providore at one of the fringes of SM Aura, fronting the suburban condos of Serendra Two.


When I say entertainment, Providore have outdone itself again by combining all the fun elements in backyard dining, namely, music, booze and of course food.

Chilling done on point with an acoustic music to drown the busy traffic on the street.

Sip and Chill choices come highly recommendable.  I had the citrusy and refreshing white sangria which they also call Mariana la Bonito Bianco and other cocktails.  You can also have wines and craft beers.

  
Backyard Grubs are comfort food to pair with your drinks. 

Categorized as Hotdog Bar, Nachos and Backyard Bites, you can go all out heavy or with an inexpensive snack of chips.

Above is a plate crunchy potato chips, freshly fried and served with bleu cheese dip.

Backyard dining is BLEH! without hotdogs.  Agree?!

There's three variants to fill you up with - Cali-dog, Everything on it and Providore Classic.  Prices ranging from P 230 to P 295.

I had Providore Classic which has Bratwurst in between sliced bread, topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheese and chopped bacon, served with their homemade French fries.

Go wild and crazy "hangry" with their cocktail platter which has beer buttered fish, crispy tawilis, crab and corn balls, calamare, potato chips and crabs.

A budget of P 1500 for a couple is nothing for that relaxing vibe Providore Backyard wishes to offer.
