Charito by Bag of Beans for a Quick Tagaytay Anniversary Dating

May we be a true testament to everyone who believes in eternal love,
for those who trust that there really is a 'one and only.'

May we truly get the benefits of a happy marriage through unconditional love for
 one person for years.

May we show people that two are better than one, that it is better to be a team in
facing life's challenges.

May we be committed, more caring and bound by unselfish devotion.

May we still figure out things in the future and greet each on fiftieth anniversary!

Lastly, may we be able to make our dreams come true, building it in fruition together.

Even if life sucks most of the time...

Happy 21st, my love!

Charito by Bag of Beans is the fifth of BoB's, still holding on to its traditional brand.

This branch however, for me, stands above the rest for it's natural beauty.  Touted to cater to the A and B markets, the ambiance will make you stay longer and will make you try more of their food, the commanding view of the lake and the volcano are added bonus,

A grand garden with ample parking spaces will welcome you.

What was a private Spanish-styled home now opens to the public like a homey mini museum.

The porch where you can see and feel Tagaytay. So romantic.

Sporting navy greens made me blend so well with the surrounding.

I have no words but high praises for the interiors.

Definitely n old soul too.

My man distorting the vintage vibe, but never the less a beautiful sight.

My choice of food, Beef Medallion with Onion Red Wine Sauce.  Cooked medium rare, I love the tender bite into it with the savory juice still intact. The smokiness of the bacon added treats to the red wine au jus.

The Grilled Tuna Belly with Creamy Pesto Sauce wasn't as amazing as it sounds though.  Ordered this for the husband. The tuna was perfectly cooked but the sauce didn't hit that spot to give him the uhms and yums I was expecting, blurting with "masarap pa ang pesto sauce mo..."

Since it was becoming late and we just wanted to hit the sack, we didn't bother to order
coffee and desserts.

All in all, the experience was all-worth coming here.  I love, love, love the elegant interiors and the private dining halls which you can rent for your group having three different themes.

The staff were all dressed up and very accommodating as if serving in a hotel.

Like it's first ever branch, they also sell some goodies which you can take home as "pasalubong."

You can take a look at our first experience at Bag of Beans, Main branch here.
