I missed picking strawberries in La Trinidad and we do not have plans celebrating Valentines on Tuesday like any other past years. Also, I'm not expecting to receive anything like any other years either. However, I know many of you are in a tizzy getting inspirations from the web.
Well, because I got a bit of inspiration from fellow bloggers let me share you some of the things you can do and prepare for your loved one, or if you don't have one, you can always make it for your self.
It's all about hearts, hearts, reds, touches of pink and lots of L-O-V-E.
Prepare extra-ordinary breakfast with kaiserschmarrn or Shakshuka.
Kaiserschmarrn may seem fancy but it's not! It's an Austrian dessert named for a former emperor who loved shredded pancakes. In this indulgent version, all you need to do is to create a fluffy pancake, cut it into pieces, gave it crispy, buttery edges, and served it with luscious toppings like strawberry and chocolate. It truly is a breakfast fit for royalty. Go ahead and eat in bed; the bite-sized pieces make it less messy than regular pancakes.

Get super likes at Instagram with this easy to do egg-on-toast. All you need to do is cut a heart hole with a cookie cutter in the middle of a sliced bread. Heat up a pan with a little oil or butter and crack an egg on the whole. Don't forget to season it with salt and pepper.
Molly Yeh, author of the cookbook Molly on the Range and blogger behind My Name is Yeh had been busy baking and doing really fun activities in her kitchen and this one really just caught me. Look closely at those cute heart-shaped mini sugar cookies. You ca add your own touches by mix and matching your own fave ingredients, like red MnM's candied cranberries, etc.
