[On Beauty] Elite Nails and Waxing Lounge

Last August 29, Elite Nails and Waxing Lounge opened up their new branch with a "Spampering Party" to some chosen bloggers and friends.  Joie Pacheco's new baby is located at Capri Oasis, in Pasig.   According to Joie, she started the business with quality service in mind, something she couldn't find even in expensive nail salons.   She herself loves to be pampered and beautified as a reward for herself.   She then started looking for the best products and found some training grounds to conceptualize a now booming business.
Now Elite Spa still lives up to its name, being elite in the sense of having garnered awards, like "The Most Outstanding Nail Spa for 2011 and 2012.

But this is not your average nail station, aside from providing nail arts, their manicure and pedicure are complete pampering package in itself.  For only P150 you get a Classic cucumber melon spa.  Where your hands are soaked, massaged, moisturized and manicured, then polished with imported nail products.   The same pampering style your feet would love for only P200.

There are more to just having your hands and feet cleansed,  I will tell you more on that when I reveal what I have tried and you will see such amazing results.
Let me share some other services first.   If your body needs relaxation from a hectic workweek, they have just the facility and people.  With therapeutic treats like Foot and Hand Reflexology, all kinds of massages and body scrubs you would be coming back for.

Wouldn't you like having your back rubbed at this serene room?  The ambiance said it all, a respite from chaotic world, with a relaxing aroma, calming music and hands that comforts.  I am now making plans with Bhogs on going back, to have our massages, something I would want to try out is the Traditional Hilot with Banana Leaf and Volcanic Stone Massage.   When I saw the leaflet suggesting their services, the banana leaf tinged an interest so I asked one of the staff.  According to Mocha (that's only an elias which they all have btw), the banana leaf would absorb all the moisture secreted in the skin due to cold body, known in science as nodules.  To explain, cold temperatures are trapped in our pores when exposed from cold to hot environment.  Giving body aches and pains.   Massages like this aided with a warm banana leaf would alleviate this and aids in improving blood circulation and the flow of tissue fluid and muscle relaxation as well.

Okay, going back to my pampering experience, I just had to try their nail art, which one of the services they are boasting of.   It normally costs P140 to P450 depending on the design you are to choose.   They offered me the Classic Manicure and  Elite Spa Pedicure experience-Espresso and Mint Spa.  This involves, soaking, Callous removing, scrubbing, masking, wrapping, cleansing, massage, moisturizing and pedicure.  A total of 8 ingredients for a total foot pampering, Elite Style.

When I came to the salon, my skin was dry, no-life and boring.  Look at it now, at 36, I felt I have an 18 year-old girl's foot.   Their not only clean, they are smooth as a baby's, silky and colorful.  Let me tell you also that I love my goovy watermelon nails even though they're short they still look fashionable.
