Health in a Quickie

   Here are a few food shots I took, that might interest you.    These are cooking done at my own kitchen, where simple and times of old recipes are made to look gourmet, well at least in my eyes.    
If you might need recipes or steps on how I did them just comment below.   For now as I am doing this, I am stealing a few minutes of my cooking time and household chores....
  
Dulong Fritter Salad
   Layers of Dulong Fritters, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, topped with black caviar, onion springs .  Drizzled with ranch dressing. 

Laing Pizza with Anchovies

Native chips from Bacoor and Kawit Cavite, Luyang Dilaw (Turmetic), Malungay, and Tahong (Mussels)
Good on their own but better with dips such as Ranch and Thousand Islands .
