Connoisseur Catering chefs are experts on international cuisine so fusion menus for sit down and buffet service can be customized for the client. From Asian, Continental to Filipino cuisine, specialty dishes are also injected into their standard menus that starts at P550 ++ per head, minimum of 50 pax. Menu consists of a salad, four (4) choices of mains: Fish or Chicken, Pork or Beef, Vegetable and Pasta; Steamed Rice, Dessert and a bottomless drink.
Complemented with a very personalized service from venue set-up, menu planning, table centerpiece to color theme/motif, Connoisseur Catering works closely with the client and the set budget to sort out all the details for a successful event.
