Paradise Dynasty at SM Aura

How can I not get excited when I knew about Paradise Dynasty's opening in SM Aura!

It's their third branch and diners could not get enough of their Signature 8-flavored Xia Long Bao.

I don't know how to begin  to describe the wonderful lunch I had December of last year. 

Let me begin with a textural experience with Radish Pastry (PHP 138/3 pcs), the photo above.  Served really hot, its a serving of filo pastry dimsum with delicately sliced radish that melts in your mouth. 

How about a challenging-ly hot dish of Pork Dumpling in Hot Chili Vinaigrette (PHP 168/6 pcs).  I love sinking my teeth in this velvety soft blanket of a dimsum filled with savory pork.

When it comes to eating with fun and panache, no doubt having them with Stir-fried Shredded Pork in Black Bean Sauce which is eaten over a piece of Chinese crepe (PHP 388).

Having a cold tea is a must when having Szechuan cuisine to douse out the chili after-experience.

My husband loves ramen, but when he tried the La Mian with Scallion (Dry) (PHP 200), he was amazed on how creamy the broth is and how comforting to finish a bowl.

More meat and veggie savory with Stir-fried French Bean with Minced Pork (PHP 238), for the health-conscious!

For those who loves spicy dishes, the Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken (PHP 298) will make your eye sparkle, just like how the reds (chilies) sparkled in this bowl.  But, you'll be surprised, as it is not that spicy, well, not unless if you gorged on the rub red chilis though. 

And my favorite, to go with any if their fried rice.  The Crispy Fried Crystal Prawns Tossed with Salted Egg Yolk (PHP 588).  If you read or hear about salted egg, the first thing that might come to mind is that it's salty, cause that's how salted egg chips are, but these are way different.  The preserved yolk gave a different texture and umami to the prawns, so addicting!  I always, always order this whenever we dine here.

I don't know, for others Paradise Dynasty can be intimidating, as every meal time, a long line can always be seen at its doorstep and just look at how lavish the interior design of every branch is, including this at the classy SM Aura, but for me, dining here spells fun, and it's so affordable, my husband and I leave the resto so full without having to burn a whole in our pocket.  We usually spend a little less over P 1000 for the two of us on either lunch or dinner.

Let me prove my point more with a basket of Charcoal Custard Lava Bun (PHP 188/3 pcs).

Such a crowd-pleaser these are, IG stories loves showing this off, as people punch a whole open the bun and a golden yellow creamy filling just spurts out like a hot lava. It's great as a snack and dessert.  I can actually devour one serving of this!

Like their Conrad branch, SM Aura seems o be getting more and more of an uproar not only for its great menu, but for a impeccable service as well.

I would suggest to call ahead for reservation as they get full every time, especially if dining with a big group.
