Black Sheep Coffee in MOA

Was instantly drawn to this cafe when I was checking the internet for a new coffee place near our place.  After buying a new charm for my Pandora bracelet, husband-approved and paid for, we made sure to visit this place and try out of course their coffee.

It was hard to find when you're inside S Maison, Conrad Manila, but we were told to exit from the hotel lobby and out into the bay area, and on the right side, facing the bay is where you can find the sought-after coffee shop.

You will easily be enamored by the industrial look of the place with the colorful wall paintings contrasting the faux brick and cemented walls.  It's all about the grain and grail here, very manly interiors, with leather accent chairs, wooden stools and tables, and light fixtures that are very industrial-looking.

On the other hand, one will be entertained enough from the lovely murals peppered on the walls and corners of the place. And how can we forget about the powerful words lit from the LED signages.

It was all what I expected to find and such a positive vibe inside.

It's also a good working place, if you need one, as it has charging stations or electrical outlets on every table, some are located on the floor.

Plus, good coffee...

Look at this beautifully done coffee art on my husband's cappuccino1

The menu is quite impressive too!

We had the Blacksheep Pro Veggie Pizza, too bad, during our visit, this was the only pizza that was only available and no sandwich.  However, it didn't disappoint, as it was good.  I love the full cheesey flavor with the hint of parsley and mushrooms over a fairly good bread.

What was lovely was their coffee culture.  Though they may not be classified under third wave (or maybe so), they sure know their coffee.  Their brews are imported and their barista are well-trained.  When we visited, I was pregnant and craving for coffee, but I was advised by my doctor to lay off on caffeine and when I asked the staff if they have a coffee for me, they sure did oblige and suggested a non-caffeinated brew.

I was just blown away, as it was o good and with the coffee taste I've been longing for and more.

So, if you're unaware what to get, do ask the barista, what they can offer and indulge you with.

Also, if you're into cocktails and needing some boozing down, this is also the place, as they serve beers, wines and cocktails among other liquors.

Can't wait to go back.
