Darren's Birthday at Mr. Jones

   Birthdays are for reflecting on memories of the past and seeing the possibilities of the future. Many happy wishes to you, Kuya Darren!

We hope you enjoyed your ice cream rootbeer float, were my fave ice cream brand was used, 

Arce Dairy.

We hope you find the Wicked Truffled Mac n' Cheese satisfying.

It was baked with 3 types of pasta - Macaroni, Penne and  Rigatoni,

Hearty with 4 cheeses, Canadian style smoked bacon, Portabello mushrooms, green peas 

and drizzled with truffle oil. 

The Superman Burger

 (halfed, one for the celebrant and the other half for everyone to share)

Their homemade 100% Char-grilled U.S. Beef patties

topped with American Cheddar cheese, balsamic sweet onions, 

smothered in Hickory BBQ sauce,

Double smoked bacon

Lettuce and tomatoes all on 

 black and white sesame seed bun with a pickled pepper.

We hope we nailed it this time.  Since you requested for ribs and meat,  

Mr. Jones should be perfect!

Honey-drizzled, Fried Chicken & Home-made Biscuits.

Half chicken, made crunchy with almonds.

 Served with "Chcken stock"  gravy in potato puree. 

Magnificent designed by crunchy Haricot verts and organic baby carrots.  

All-American Biscuits topped with cranberry compote.

Made perfect with a heapful serving of French fries, coleslaw & Big Pickles.
