When in Los Banos, Make a U-Turn at Kaeron's Cakes and Cafe

Know you're not alone. God is here for you. CHECK!
Stop worrying about what others think. CHECK!
Surround yourself with the right people. CHECK!
Learn from each blunder and actively develop better habits. CHECK! CHECK!

These are just some of the ways one can overcome self-doubt to be able to build a profitable business.  Most of us tend to assume that successful, confident people never have any doubts -- that they are decisive about every choice, never have regrets and always know what to do.

But that couldn't be further from the truth.  I, myself am into managing our businesses (including this blog) and like many others, I'm always haunted by indecision. Self-doubt is a very human response to all the challenges life throws your way. Even still, it doesn’t have to stop you from overcoming obstacles and reaching your goals.

I guess the ladies over at Kaeron's Cakes and Cafe's didn't as well.

The listed qualities above, that I've checked were evident when I was observing them last night at their opening.  Of course, I'm not a specialist when it comes to setting up a new business, more so with a cafe business.  But I'm betting on it, that they will come a long way even learning along the curves.

Again, stepping out of self-doubt, along with my husband (with the two girls who insisted to come along), we drove to Los Banos to check out a new food park just along the National Highway.  Excited about this, we made sure to come early while the sun is up making sure to take good photos, particularly focused on Kaeron's fare.

As like any soft-opening or launching, everyone was busy doing some final touches but Ms. Avhie, along with her companions were accommodating and have even served coffees to their diners already.

According to them, Kaeron's is a family business and many have been hands-on and supportive of their endeavor.  A CHECK definitely under the first and third category.

They run on both regular coffee favorites along with unique concoctions.

Kaeron's Cafe Latte - P 85.00

To make sure that they give only quality coffee experience, they source out Italian processed coffee beans. Dark and aromatic coffee, 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta, which, thanks to the special blend, roasting and grinding, allows to obtain a good quality coffee.

Now, Los Banos can boast of having the best Cafe Latte in town.  Highly recommended!

Hot Velvet -- P 150,.00
We also got to try an interesting take on hybrid coffee.

Say hello to Hot Velvet.  The color is so perfect this Valentines season, don't you think?  Mild coffee flavor with the taste of Red Velvet cake to heat up your dating game.

If you're not keen on unique coffee you can just opt to have their espresso, cappuccino, and hot chocolate.

Iced Mocha - P 120.00
They also have iced coffee blends.  Which I will make sure to try next time.

Their Yema Cake is to-die-for.  Tastes like Rodilla's but less sweet and the cake itself is denser.

On their first day, every order of coffee is paired with the crowd-pleaser Yema Cakes on the house.

Both coffee and cakes were priced affordably.  Coffees are priced from P 60 to P 160.

Coffees and their pastries are good to go for those who needed a quick grab of these treats to bring somewhere, perfect for passers-by and those driving along the highway.

Kaeron Cakes and Cafe can be found at U-TURN Avenue Food Park, the last stall on the left side.  U-Turn Avenue is open from11 am to 12 midnight every day.
