Davao Day Two: Countryside Adventure at Eden Nature Park and Resort

There are so many things to love about Eden Nature Park and Resort. It's one great proof of how nature loves you back if you start respecting it.  The owners of the huge land where Eden is boasts so much of what you can do to rearrange nature and plot it beneficial both to human/tourists and Mother Nature.

When you decide to visit Eden, make sure to plan wisely your day.  Many attest that you need a full day to enjoy the whole eco-tour and adventures offered by Eden.  Apparently, we only have half a day to do that.

Coming from our Pinnacle Hotel and Suites overnight stay, the van we rented drove us more than an hour from Davao's city proper to Barrio Eden, Toril, Davao.

Updated entrance fees for Day Tour Packages:

With Buffet Lunch
   Adults: P 550          Kids (4 to 10 yrs. old): P 350

With Plated Snacks Only
   Adults: P 220          Kids P 190

Other recreational activities fees not included.

Let my family take you there on a virtual photo-walk

Skyrider, Skycycle and Giant Swing

We had the snack only package which served a hefty plate of pasta (of choice or sandwich), slice of pastry and cup of soda.

Tips:  Make sure to bring bottled waters while on the tour.

Downside:  Dabawenyos (in the countryside)  have this culture of taking a break at noon.  The ziplines, and other amenities where down during 12 noon and goes back into operation at 1 PM, we waited for an hour for the ziplines, though we were able to do some activities on the venue, which was across the street where the Eden park is.
