Electrolux Discover-E Food Festival

   Tomorrow is Father Day!
If you still haven't planned anything for the big man, why not head on over at NBC Tent and check out what's new in the food market.   Electrolux hosted an interesting event tagged as Electrolux Discover-E Food Festival.
Enjoy hefty servings from caterers and food purveyors and get to go home with freebies from their brand partners: Solane, Surf, Cif, Meyer, Gastro Chef and others.  Get to see innovative kitchen ideas from the Boss himself, Chef Bruce Lim and the charming kitchen diva, Chef Rosebud Benitez.
L-R: Chef Anna of My Pink Wasabi, Moi  and Aylin Vedad of bubblyfluffy.com
Thanks to the people behind the FB Group- Gastro Chef Philippines for sponsoring my FOOD Passport.  My blogger friend, Aylin of Bubbly Fluffy, and I were able to partake several food samples from participants which were all uniquely crafted.  I would assume that the participants were all equally motivated as well (on their own) in helping sponsored communities.
The event is for the benefit of Sagip Kapalmilya of ABS-CBN Found., Inc. and The Orange Project.
Staff of The Orange Project
With the theme of  "Discovering Neo-Filipino Cuisine" get to watch Cooking Demos from students and exclusive chefs from Electrolux Discover-E Series.  I don't know what the theme means, I guess you have to come and discover it for yourselves.
Here are some of the photos showing what piqued my curiosity (the reason why I was here in the first place).
Eat + bring home more food + get entertained + bring home freebies  and raffle prizes + help poverty stricken families and send kids to school, why not have it all on Father's Day?

The event is only until tomorrow, June 16.
Gates of the NBC Tent opens at 11AM and closes at 9 PM.
Food Passport Fee: P 50.00 only.
