SABOR Bisaya: A Culinary Competition and Food Expo

 The Premier Culinary Competition and Food Expo That is soon to hit Negros Occidental.  WE all know for a  fact that Negros Occidental’s cuisine is legendary.   Its mouthwatering dishes rank among the best that the islands have to offer. It is particularly popular for sugar‐based food items and delicacies. From upscale restaurants to wayside eateries, one can sample the heavenly concoctions this land is famous for.  Now be ready as they set forth an event highlighting what the land of smiles and charm has to offer.
Together with HRNO, a culinary competition and food expo will be happening on July 27-28, 2012     from   9:00am to 6:00pm at the Convention Hall,  Bacolod Pavilion Hotel,  Bacolod City.

  •  Na'Nam, a Feast of Negrense Flavors - Student Division only
 Food Expo: A trade exhibit participated by various industry partners to showcase their latest products, equipment and technology. Among those who have confirmed to exhibit their products are Nestle Professional, Unilever Food Solutions, ISCAHM, Decouverte Corp., AICA, Equilibrium, Bakels Philippines, PFESCORP, Pepsi Cola, Loopex Equipment, Hydrocarbons, Pos Gasul, Savoroso, Manly Plastics and Magnolia.

 Seminar:  Dine Philippines 2012's Restaurant Management Seminar Series will be conducted by Adolf Aran, Jr. on July 27, 2012 @ 1pm.  The powerhouse speakers are John Lu Koa (French Baker), Chef Michael Oberle, Dan Francisco (The Big Chill) and Jack Madrid (Multiply.com).  Tickets at P1500.  Special rate of P1200 to students and faculty. 

The event is not only for Professional Chefs and Cooks, Hotel and Restaurant Proprietors,  Hotel/Restaurant Management and Employees,  Culinary Schools/Universities Faculty and Students who will be participating on the competition but more so for the Food and Wine Enthusiasts. 
As a trade show guest, the general admission fee of P100 is good for two (2) days.  Students @ P50
