Beginning 24–26 July 2026 and available on alternating weekends until 13 December 2026, The Weekend Buffet Collection takes place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, inviting diners to return for a different experience each weekend. Every offering is thoughtfully crafted around premium ingredients, seasonal flavours, and immersive dining concepts.

Fridays: Let's Meat Friday

 

Kick off the weekend with a dinner celebration of expertly prepared premium cuts and signature roasts. The menu features highlights such as Slow-cooked Pepper Beef Sirloin, Smoked Beef Short Plate, Pork Rack, Marinated Lamb, and an array of chef-crafted accompaniments served alongside a dedicated carving station. Slow roasting and traditional grilling techniques bring out the rich flavours of every selection.

 

Saturdays: The Grand Cyan Buffet

 

Saturdays showcase Cyan Modern Kitchen's most indulgent buffet experience. Guests can savour freshly grilled seafood, lobster, crabs, shellfish, premium meats, international favourites, and interactive live cooking stations during lunch and dinner. The extensive spread combines local flavours with global influences, celebrating freshness, craftsmanship, and culinary variety.

Sundays: Family Table Sundays

 

Inspired by the tradition of gathering around a shared table, Family Table Sundays offers comforting lunch favourites designed for sharing. Featuring hearty classics, generous platters, and an extensive dessert selection, the experience creates the perfect setting for meaningful conversations and quality time with loved ones.

Set against the scenic backdrop of Manila Bay, The Weekend Buffet Collection reimagines the traditional buffet through a series of distinctive themed dining experiences. Each day presents its own culinary story, giving guests a fresh reason to return throughout the season.
